Five and a half months of photos. Four pieces of paper to plot it all out for the Holm Family’s 2015 Project Life album.
Three family day trips. Two Alice in Chains concerts and the requisite road trips. Playing in the mud with Mumford and Sons up the road in Waverly. A week in the Life. The first day of school.
It took a few days but every picture finally has a place.
Now comes the fun part – prepping all those photos for printing. I am hoping to get that done by the middle of next week so I can put everything together next weekend. Wish me luck!
Ever get so far behind that it is easier to do nothing than to face the daunting task of catching up?
Yeah, me too.
I have been dwelling in that place of knowing I need to begin again for quite awhile now. Inertia disguised as busyness has kept me there for longer than should have been allowed. Unfortunately, apathy decided it wanted to join the party as well. Together, we did nothing for a really long time.
Today that all ends. It’s time to get moving again. To begin doing the things I know bring me joy and a sense of accomplishment. I had goals way back when 2015 was a baby. It’s time to see some of them through.
The list is daunting and the timeframe for completion challenging, but I’m ready.
Let’s do this.
